Breakdown:

To alleviate the pressure during breakdown on Monday 6 August, a breakdown period has been allocated for Exhibitors after close of show on Sunday from 17h30 to 22h00.

Please be considerate to our visitors and DO NOT START the breakdown before the show ends at 17h00.

After this breakdown period the venue will be locked on Sunday evening at 22h00 and will be reopened at 08h00 on Monday.

Please ensure that at least one representative from your company is on your stand after close of show on Sunday at 17h00 to secure your possessions and begin packing items which can be removed by hand/trolley only.

No items will be allowed out of the venue until 17h30 on Sunday evening, at which time official breakdown commences

Please ensure that at least one representative from your company is on your stand at 08h00 on Monday, for final breakdown to secure your possessions and begin packing.

All stands must be cleared by 16h00 on Monday, 6 August 2018. The Organisers will dispose of any remaining items and exhibitors will be charged accordingly.

As per details above, all relevant access stickers and tickets are to be worn/displayed during the breakdown period. Please ensure you have all these tickets with you for the breakdown to commence on Sunday at 17h30 to avoid any delays.

All items must be removed from stands. This refers especially to building rubble and any material used in constructing and removal of exhibits.
