Pre-Show:

Exhibitors with any outstanding payments on contracts or additional services will not be permitted to take possession of their stand at build-up until their accounts are settled in full.

All Exhibitors are to report to the Info Desk upon arrival inside the Boardwalk Exhibition Centre on level B1 to register before commencing their build.

At registration all Exhibitors will be issued with the following:

  • Exhibitor Badges for Exhibitors
  • Build-up & Breakdown stickers for contractors/staff
  • “Drop & Go” Vehicle Access Tickets (for build-up and breakdown)
  • Pre-ordered Boardwalk Hotel underground parking ticket (for those Exhibitors who have pre-ordered parking tickets at the special rate)

Ensure Structural Engineers Certificate, Certificate of Compliance (COC) and Certificate of Acceptability (COA) have been handed in at Info Desk prior to the start of the show.

Product listing:

The product to be exhibited is stated on the contract to exhibit and exhibitors are bound to adhere to the contract in this regard.

The Organisers reserve the right to prevent companies not contracted to exhibit from coming onto the show and “sharing” exhibition space without prior notification and approval from the Organisers.

The product or service to be exhibited must comply with the home enhancement and home improvement profile of HOMEMAKERS Expo. Exhibitors are not to deviate from the products specified on the contract.

Retail exhibitors conducting direct sales doing demonstrations on their stands are to refrain from using lapel microphones and are required to monitor and control the sound level emanating from their stands.
