FIRST AID FACILITY:
Our First Aid facility, run by ESS Medical, will be available on-site, during Build-up (30 July - 1 August), during the Expo (2-5 August) and during Breakdown (6 August). Please note, this is purely a First Aid facility where the basic first aid will be administered – this does not include administering any form of medication. For anything more serious, the ESS staff will be on hand to facilitate this procedure.
Please note - during build-up and breakdown, the ESS First Aid facility will be operational inside the venue from 08h00 - 18h00. All Exhibitors who intend to build-up or breakdown after 18h00 in the evening during build-up and breakdown are to please notify the Organiser prior to the time, in order for the necessary arrangements to be made.
PLUMBING AND WATER SUPPLY:
Should you require water at your stand, please apply to the Organisers in writing before Friday, 13 July 2018 and we will liaise with the Boardwalk Exhibition Centre. You will be advised if your request is possible and the costs involved.
TEMPORARY TELEPHONE HIRE:
